SWF Welcomes Visiting Scholar Quentin Verspieren

SWF welcomes Mr. Quentin Verspieren to the organization, joining us this summer as a Scholar in Residence at our DC office. Mr. Verspieren is a student in the Graduate School of Public Policy from the University of Tokyo and intern at the Japan Space Forum. While in DC, he will conduct interviews for a case study on the US military’s expectations from and influence on the US government position regarding the establishment of an international regime for space traffic management.
