SWF Discusses the Global Economic Impact of Space at Economist Space Summit in Seattle

SWF Director of Program Planning Dr. Brian Weeden spoke at the inaugural Space Summit, organized by the Economist magazine, on "A New Space Age" in Seattle, Washington, on November 9, 2017. The event focused on the business and financial aspects of the commercial space revolution, and the challenges and opportunities it presents for life here on Earth. Dr. Weeden participated in a panel discussion on the the global economic impact of space, which included Lori Garver, General Manager of the Airline Pilots Association; Dirk Hoke, Chief Executive, Airbus Space and Defence; and Dario Zamarian, Group President, SSL; and was moderated by the Economist's Deputy Editor, Tom Standage.
