Ms. Samson was invited to speak at the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law (CERL) summer seminar on issues in space security. Ms. Samson spoke about counterspace threats, how the space domain is changing with the arrival of new actors and new types of activities on orbit, and how international cooperative approaches can help shore U.S. national space security. Joining Ms. Samson was Paul Graziani, CEO of Analytical Graphics Inc (AGI).
