Victoria Samson Discusses Mitigating the Risks in Space Security

Victoria Samson gave a talk on "Space Security: Mitigating the Risks," as part of the "Workshop on Risks in International Society and New Dimension of Security," hosted by the Security Studies Unit, Policy Alternative Research Institute of the University of Tokyo.

This workshop, held in Tokyo, Japan, Jan. 29-30, 2016, brought together experts from the nuclear, cyber, and space security fields to discuss the changing nature of risk in the current security environment. Her presentation can be found here.
