Michael Simpson and Laura Delgado López Co-author Article on Space Sustainability in ROOM Journal

The latest issue of ROOM: The Space Journal (No.1, Vol 3., March 2015) features an article by SWF Executive Director Dr. Michael Simpson, and SWF Project Manager Laura Delgado López. In "Contested, Congested, and Invested," the authors present space sustainability as a business problem - both a threat and an opportunity - and highlight the importance of engagement between the traditional space actors and the commercial space sector to solve complex space sustainability challenges. 

The article is based on a spotlight talk entitled “Congested, Contested and INVESTED: Space Commerce and Sustainability” delivered by Dr. Simpson on October 16th at the 2014 International Symposium for Personal and Commercial Spaceflight in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
